I have already posted about this site on my blog but I thought I'd throw it in here too. This website is way cool. It's http://www.paperbackswap.com/. How it works is you post books (paper or hard back) that you no longer want. You get 2 credits after you post your first 10 books. With those credits you pick books to be sent to you, free of charge. When your books are requested you mail them, for about $2.13 each. When they arrive at their destination you get another credit. I've mailed about 8 books and have received 2, with 3 more on the way. I was able to get rid of some books that we had to read for college, that we really didn't care for but we've been able to receive some books that we've really wanted; one of which is out of print.
